- Develop and manage a strategic social media plan and editorial calendar aligned with business goals. Identify opportunities for thought leadership, storytelling and amplification to support brand goals
- Develop and manage influencer and ambassador partnerships — including sourcing, contracting, briefing, and coordinating content — to amplify brand storytelling and reach key audiences
- Create, edit and publish posts across all social platforms. Produce or coordinate creation of graphics, short-form video, animations and other assets. Ensure all content meets brand and accessibility standard
- Monitor, moderate and respond to community engagement in alignment with brand and company guidelines
- Work closely across the Marketing team on messaging priorities and collaborate to support integrated campaigns, events and storytelling initiatives. Partner with Human Resources and other internal teams for internal culture content, recruitment marketing and other awareness opportunities
- Track social and influencer campaign performance using analytics dashboards, measure engagement, reach, sentiment, and impact. Provide actionable insights to improve content strategies
- Conduct social listening to identify trends, risks, opportunities, audience behaviors, and competitive insights. Provide actionable insights to improve brand reputation and/or campaigns
- Protect the brand by ensuring all content — internal or creator-generated — meets regulatory, privacy, and brand standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, nonprofit, or communications-driven organization
- Proven experience developing and managing influencer or ambassador programs across multiple tiers (micro to macro creators)
- Expertise in major social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube) and emerging channels
- Strong writing, editing, and creative development skills across formats (copy, graphics, video)
- Proficiency with social media management and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret social analytics and use data to inform content strategy, engagement approaches, and influencer ROI
- Understanding of brand management, reputation management, and the nuances of communicating in regulated environments
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiency in your work to deliver on time in support of aggressive goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and growth
- Experience in health care, senior care, nutrition, or other regulated industries
