- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Collaborate with various departments, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to assess training needs and identify gaps in knowledge and skills for both new and current employees
- Provide day to day onboarding to and oversight of new hire cohorts, in collaboration with department supervisors, providing supervisors with updates on progress
- Facilitate training on various topics including, but not limited to, internal systems (CRM, phone, etc.), soft skills, de-escalation, continuous improvement, tier progression, etc.
- Create and maintain instructional materials, such as training manuals, presentations, participant guides, and multimedia content, which are interactive and learner-centered to advance and improve employees’ and departments’ specific needs
- Conduct interactive training sessions utilizing a variety of methods to effectively facilitate learning and development, including, but not limited to, in-person classroom-style, virtual facilitation, coaching, videos, eLearning, focus groups, on-the-job training, etc.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, surveys, and metrics to measure knowledge transfer and performance improvement
- Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Update and revise existing training materials to reflect changes in processes, technology, or industry best practices
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies and techniques to ensure the effectiveness and impact of training programs
- Stay up to date with department and industry trends and advancements in learning and development to continuously enhance training programs and implement innovative training solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Two years’ experience with training or adult learning
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including written, verbal, and on telephone
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development
- Knowledge of and experience utilizing the adult learning principles
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software with focus on Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
