- Ensure clear communication among everyone involved in the project
- Ensure individuals within a project are self-organizing and do not rely on a command-and-control style
- As part of the self-organizing team, the project manager will naturally be aware of how the team has self-organized and how they intend to complete the work
- Provide mentorship for PM Is and new hires of a lesser experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or other related field or comparable experience working in the field
- PM certification such as PMP or CSM and 5+ years managing projects, or in lieu of certification, 7+ years managing complex, large scale projects
- Demonstrated successful leadership of all size projects
- Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills
- Build respectful, positive, and powerful relationships with everyone and within the team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with project team as well as a variety of outside vendors, and internal and external customers

- Fluency with all MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Travel as needed
- Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port. Broadband internet wired to the home is required – Cable Modem/service or Fiber Optic. No Satellite, 4/5G, or DSL circuits
- Experience in managing technology projects such as software implementations and upgrades
- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar management software
- Experience working in the manufacturing, food production, or healthcare industry
