- Champion the project, teams, and team members, and act as a communication bridge between product manager and development teams
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate effective internal department collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., business stakeholders and vendors)
- Work with Product Owners to prioritize and manage backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field
- 4+ years’ experience in a Scrum Master role
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems
- General conceptual understanding of programming and database querying
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Project management skills with effective results focus within an information systems environment
- Ability to manage business unit relationships
- Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities

- Experience with Salesforce reporting
